The Mayor of KOMBO ABEDIMO Council, the Contracting Authority, hereby launches an open national invitation to tender for the construction works of a fence, rehabilitation of the town hall and external works at KOMBO ABEDIMO council, NDIAN Division, South West Region. (by emergency procedure

1. 1.               The works comprise notably: The external works and the construction works of the 400m fence around the town hall:

• Preparatory works and installation ;
• Earthwork ;
• Foundations
• Masonry and elevation ;
• Metal work ;
• Electricity work ;
• Painting ;
• external works

-        The emergency works to secure the foundations of the town hall;

-        The works to improve the standing of the town hall.

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is CFA Francs one hundred and sixty four millions three hundred and sixty five thousand eight hundred and twenty three (164,365,823) including taxes.

1.          Single lot.

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirements of the invitation to tender.

rehabilitation which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by FEICOM's Budget 2023 financial year.

The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is eight (08) months.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of three millions two hundred and eighty seven thousand three hundred and sixteen (3,287,316) CFA francs and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

The opening of administrative documents and the technical and financial bids one 22/06/2023 12 a.m. o'clock local time by the KOMBO ABEDIMO Tenders Board situated at KOMBO ABEDIMO Council Town Hall.

Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person.

¨       Absence of a bid bond

¨       False declaration or forged document;

Technical offer:

¨       Incomplete technical file;

¨       False declaration or forged document;

¨       Absence of the execution methodology and planning work;

¨       Presence of financial information in the technical offer;

¨       Non-respect of least at 70% essential criteria;

Financial offer:

¨       Incomplete financial file;

¨       Absence of quantified unit price;

¨       Non-compliant documents.
