THE ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR OF THE NORTH WEST LIVESTOCK DEVELOPMENT FUND (CONTRACTING AUTHORITY );

- Mindful of Decision no.0000005/CAB/MINMAP of 03/01/2020 appointing the President of the Internal Tender’s Board of CDENO;
- Mindful of Decision nO.008/03Vol.4/CDENO/AD of 02/04/2020 to establish the list of members for the CDENO internal Tender’s Board;
- Mindful of letter no.048/L/ARMP/NW/CCR/CSPE/AR-SAS/23 of 13/04/2023;
- Mindful of letter no. 028/023VOL.5L/MINEPIA/CDENO/AD/CSAF of 19/04/2023;
- Mindful of letter no.000866L/ARMP/CDSOP/C2DAO/CEA3/23 of 16/05/2023;
- Considering Open National Invitation to Tender no. 002, 003/ONIT/CDENO/CITB/2023 of 14/02/2023 for the construction of a multipurpose feed store/warehouse in CDENO and the supply of office equipment /furniture to CDENO;
DECIDES
ARTICLE 1: That with effect from the date of signature of this decision, the official procedures pertaining to tenders no. no 002, 003/ONIT/CDENO/CITB/2023 of 14/02/2023 for the construction of a multipurpose feed store/warehouse in CDENO and the supply of office equipment /furniture remain suspended pending the conclusion of the Authority in Charge of Public Contract.
