The Supplier concerned, should contact the General Manager of Pamol Plantations Plc as soon as possible to collect Letters of Notification of the award and to draw up the Contract for the execution of the supply.
Suppliers not retained, are requested by this notice to retrieve their tender documents within fifteen (15) days from date of this publication. Failure which the said documents shall be disposed of without further notice.
This communique further serves as notice to release Bid Bonds related to the above tender.
