Participation in this call is open under the same conditions to moral or physîcal individuals having capacity to provide the requircd vehicle.

The supply of the vehicle concerned by this consultation is funded by the Autonomous budget ofthe University ofDschang (Management Budget) for the 2022 financial year.

Each Bid musi be accompanied by a submissîon sccurity f six hundred thousand (600 000) CFAF issued by a financiai insttotbl approved by the Minister ofFinance.
The validity of this security must be onc hundred and twenty (120) days, from the deadline for submission of blds.

To avoid rejectîon, the requîred administrative documents must be produced in original copies or copies certlfied by the issuing service, în conformity with the listing provided by paragraph 3.1 of the régulations goveming the Quotation file. They must not be more than one month old (01). Any bid that does noi conform with the prescriptions ofthis call for quotation shall be declared unacceplable, notably the absence of à submission security issued by a financiai institution approved by the Minister of Finance, the non-respect of sample documents of Ihe quotation file, a faise dcclaration, a falsified document. Such afile will be rejecîed without any possibility of appeal.

The bids shall be attributed to the bidder whose technically quaiified bid is the most favorable.
