Mindful of the Ai-retes N° 00371/A/MINMAP of 11/12/2014, No. 00028/A/MINMAP of 13/02/2015 And No. 00099/A/MINMAP of 22/05/2015 Creating Council Internal Tenders Boards:
Mindful of the circular N° 001/CAB/PR of19th June 2012in relation to the Award and Control of Public Contracts;
Mindful of the Awards Proposal transmitted by the B.II.C.ITB on the 17/03/2022;
HEREBY DECIDES
Article1: That the Project; The Construction Of A Box Culvert Linking Food Market Street to General Hospital, In Bamenda II Subdivision, Mezam Division Of The North West Region By Emergency ProcedureIS AWARDED TO THE ENTERPRISE MENTIONED below:

Article 2;The Successful Bidder is requested to report to the Bamenda II Council Office and sign the Draft Jobbing Order.
Article 3;This present Award Decision shall be published and registered where need be.
Article 4; The Unsuccessful Biddersare requested to withdraw their files within 15 days. After this deadline, these Files will be destroyed
