Mindful of the circular N°001/CAB/PR of 19TH June 2012 in relation to the Award and Control ofPublic
Contracts;
Mindful of the Awards Proposal transmitted by the B.II.C.ITB on the 29/05/2022:

HEREBY DECIDES

Article l: That the Project; The Construction of a Multipurpose Hall in Ntambag Phase 11, In Bamenda II Subdivision. Mezam Division of the North West Region IS AWARDED TO THE ENTERPRISE
MENTIONED below:

Article 2:The Successful Bidder is requested to report to the Bamenda II Council Office and sign the Draft Jobbing Order.

Article 3;This present Award Decision shall be published and registered where need be 

Article 4: the unsuccesful bidders are requested to withdraw thier files within 15days. after this deadline, these files will be destroyed
