Considering Ministerial Decision No.00000157/CAP/MINMAP of 15 March 2019 bearing on the
Appointment of a president of the Idenau council internal tender board.
Considering Tender notice No. 007/ONIT/IC/FAKO/ICITB/PIB 2023 of 03/03/2023 for the
Construction of Road CMA Idenau to NRN3;
Considering Tenders' Board session of 6 April 2023 and award proposal made on the 20 April 2023

Article 2: That the present decision shall be signed and published wherever necessary;
Article 3: That the winner is hereby invited to contact the Mayor of Idenau council within 24 hours to collect his notification letter. Consequently, all unsuccessful bidders are hereby giving 15 days to withdraw their bids from the General Secretariat of Idenau Council or same shall be disposed without any further notice.
